This started when I had my hard drive replace a few months ago and had a new install of W10. I've taken it back to the repair shop where they set power settings to Do Nothing when plugged in, but it's made no difference. Once upon a time there were options about what to do when the lid was closed (like Turn Display Off), but those seem to have disappeared. And even when I search on Hibernate, I just end up in the power/sleep options where hibernate does not appear.
