I continue to get a message saying that my browser is managed by my organization.

This is my personal computer and I should be the only Administrator. I have tried over and over to fix this. Even ran Microsoft Safety Scanner last night. It did not fix this problem. Have run various anti-virus programs. A couple have seen it but not fixed it. This malware inserts itself as a User with unlimited access. I have deleted its authority several times, but it comes back.
