After getting my sister's laptop, I know noticed every few seconds the screen would freeze for 2 seconds then continue. I searched a lot online and many have this issue and found out switching graphics drivers help. One post said they downloaded an AMD graphics driver from 2016 and its the only one who runs smoothly right now. However, it's getting difficult to play any games due to lag or even open them without crashing and everyone advises updating my driver.
