Locked my Windows 10 laptop and it was setup on an old email address I no longer have access to.I have filled in the recovery form to redirect the password reset to a new email address but the information I have provided on the call has been deemed not sufficient enough. I have tried multiple times to fill in the form (and been told I can only do it twice in one day).I have tried calling Microsoft but to no avail as they redirect you online. I am stuck in a infinite loop.Precious items on laptop so I do not want to do a factory reset.
