So, my original drive was a PNY SATA SSD 1 TB which is nearing 4 years of age. One day, the SATA drive began to read as PS3111. I discovered this was the "controller" of the SSD and this can occur when there is a corruption issue or power issue and probably other things as well. The drive would sporadically come on, and I attempted to clone the drive and image the drive using Macrium Reflect Free, but when I went to boot the drive after cloning and disconnecting the old SATA SSD, it did not work.Fast forward to now, I can no longer access the PNY.
