We had a new router installed yesterday by Sky and our I-phones and I-Pad have successfully connected to Wi-Fi but both laptops won’t accept the pin the engineer gave us giving the message “The network security key isn’t correct. Please try again”. But it IS correct. I’ve tried switching router off & on, pressing the button on it and working my way through everything I can think of. How can I get the laptops connected to our Wi-Fi?
