How do I fix Kernelbase.dll explorer crashes

Each time I try to open the file explorer it crashes. I opened Windows events and it seems it comes from a DLL called Kernelbase.dllI've doneDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealthDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth one andSFC /SCANNOW But it's still not fixed. What other thing can I try, please?
