win10 pro: how can I prevent auto connecting to bluetooth devices upon startup?

HI,i have multiple bluetooth devices paired, but dont want them auto connected upon startup. This worked on win 7, but not on win10 pro. Whenever I reboot it connects to everything paired. How can this be turned off?thank you.
