Problem: Whenever I plug in my Cyberpowerpc optical gaming mouse I always get an error "The last USB device you connected to this computer has malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognize it." I've disconnected all attachments such as the charging cable and my type cover.I've removed the USB drivers ability to cut off power (Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power)I've tried running the hardware and devices troubleshoot program in command prompt.I've plug the mouse in other computers and they work just fine.I've tried reinstalling the drivers.
