Hi folksHaven't used a PC for a while so apologies if my terminology is off.PC booted up with flashing black screen.Can't open finderCan see the task bar at the bottom but cant interact with it (windows icon turns red on click) so can't access settings.Can access Task Manager.Tried a number of solutions via CMD Prompt but none worked.Apparently this has been a common problem for long time (incuding being asked here a few times) but couldn't find a solution.Decided to reset but basically can't.
