Why won't windows 10 update.

Windows will not update. I keep getting the error "There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x800703e6)". I am running Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on 2/‎7/‎2021 OS build 19045.3324 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0I have tried everything to include running command prompt in administrator mode with the commands net stop wuauserv etc. nothing seems to work.
