Hello, I discovered this issue when I would try and download certain games through Xbox Game Pass (Halo: Master Chief Collection, Payday 3, etc). Whenever I would download the game, it only said "Queued" with nothing else downloading in the Xbox app. This prompted me to check the Microsoft Store. Upon review, I found that DirectX Runtime was trying to download this update. When I would try it myself, it would download, begin to install, and fail right before it finished saying "There has been an error. See details". Clicking the details would get a pop-up saying: "Something unexpected happened
