Our business's main person in charge of outlook is no longer with the company. He won't give up his personal password, or the admin password (he set it all up). I am taking over and need to be the admin, but I can't figure out. Ive tried several times to call or chat with someone, but cant talk with anyone. I submitted a request to be called, but never received a phonecall, despite waiting two days, as it stated.
