All of a sudden, when I try to view TV online, by using the guide from Spectrum TV, I get a porup ad saying that I need to update my securuty software and to click on the “Upgrade Now” button.I do not have any addiional security software installed on my laptop and certainly do not need to upgrade. If I choose “Live TV” and set the “Power On Channel” to the channel that I want to watch, it works. (as opposed to choosing a channel from the guide and then proceeding to that channel by clicking on “Watch TV”, which is what I used to do and then I get the popup.Spectrum customer service says they d
