Connection sucks: Windows 10 PC, but its fluent on my other devices.

Hi,So, I tried playing a game, and I noticed the slow loading. Then I noticed the internet was absolutely trash (on literally everything that requires as internet connection), but my other devices had amazing internet.I've tried resetting the network adapter, updating, deleting and reinstalling the network drivers, and none of them worked. I also flushed the DNS Cache.The internet would be fast at some times, but then it just refuses to be fast again.I'm on the Google DNS Servers (from YT Tutorial) - 8 . 8 . 8 . 8 8 . 8 . 4 . 4Any help?(Not in the Windows Insider program)Editio
