Windows 10 2022 Update l Version 22H2

I am trying to install Windows 10 and update because for some reason today my internet service on my laptop would not work and Dell said it was because of Windows and not upgrading. However, now I cannot upgrade because some password is needed for me to get in and I never made one or had that username when I bought the computer.
