Windows 10 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error

I’ve been trying to find solutions for an error that has caused me to be unable to boot into windows normally. I’ve been able to get into safe mode and try something’s like sfc and dism but have made no progress and I’m not sure what else to try.The initial crash happened after I disabled a driver on accident, delayed the restart, enabled the driver again, then my machine blue screened.
