My PC won't update Windows 10, version 22H2

I installed Windows 10 on a clean SSD, and after booting up the first time I started checking for Windows updates. Ever since then my PC has failed to update version 22H2 specifically. I'm stuck at "Pending restart". Needless to say, I've restarted / turned off and on my computer many times to no avail. I've searched around but haven't found any solutions.
