so I am stuck at the blue screen showing Recovery: windows did not load correctly. I have to options: restart and advanced options. I restarted it but it did not work. so I went to advanced options. there I tried every method but every single one of them need an administrative account. the thing is I deleted this account and now my pc does not have an administrative account. I tried many ways like uninstalling updates, startup repair but nothing worked. but you know i do have a cd containing the windows software.
