Every time I do this update it asks to restart my machine. When I do so, it begins the update process. However, after several minutes my main screen displays the words "Updating your system 100%" with the circular moving dots just above the words. It appears to be performing some process but after several minutes the hard drive 'active' LED goes out and the words remain on my screen and the computer does not start. I have left this go for as long as 12 hours and still no change. This forces me to hard power down my machine which of course then goes through the 'Uninstall process' and finally g
