So I got a notification from windows defender for a threat named "PUA:Win32/Presenoker". I searched on youtube on how to remove it and as I was following the tutorial, they accessed a folder called "Scans" and I tried opening said folder but to my surprise I was unable to open it cause I don't have permission even though I'm the owner of this computer. So then I looked up another tutorial on how I can gain access to folders where you don't have permission. Then I followed that tutorial, but then another problem blocked me from advancing with this problem. So I go to the security tab to change
