Windows Photo Viewer - How to ensure photos open maximized?

I want a photo to open maximized in the window when I click on a thumbnail in File Explorer and it opens in the Windows Photos app.At the moment every photo opens in a small window and I have to maximize it myself.I've tried maximizing it, then closing and opening again but it makes no difference.Thanks in advance.
