New PC/Windows 10: App does not show up in Microsoft store but on Microsoft store website, wont install because 'you own this app'.

I have a new PC with a fresh installation of Windows 10. I am logged in with a new Microsoft account. Windows 10 is updated.I installed several streaming apps from the Microsoft store (Amazon Prime Video, Netflix etc.), no issues.I tried to install Max (HBO) and Peacock. The Microsoft store on the PC does not show these apps. However, the website from the Microsoft Store will show them, with a big blue button stating 'Install'. When selecting, I was asked to log on, and then the Microsoft website states 'You own this app'.Neither one is installed on the PC, and since I have a new Microsoft acc
