I cannot update Windows. Windows Update is using high CPU even when updates are paused, neither Windows Update Troubleshooter nor troubleshooting with Get Help work. I already have checked for corrupt files, but this only got Windows to "update," but it still says it needs to update. Even the manual update from the website doesn't work. Nothing works. Windows is trying to force me to update, while refusing to actually correctly update, including it checking forever for updates, fake updating, etc. I even tried Disk Cleanup, but nothing changed.
