windows 10, sound settings problem

I think the image is descriptive enough. it's not showing any input or output devices.But here, I can see all the sound devices.I had this problem for several months. But now, I install adobe premiere pro and after effects and they are crashing at startup. By reading logs, I found out this problem is causing this crash. How can I reset windows audio or another way to fix this problem?Thanks
