Account change

Good day, I looked at the types of accounts and changed my main account to the WDAGUtility Account, I want to ask if it is possible to change it back to admin or at least get to the admin account, because I cannot change any settings and in Czech this account is called owner, so I assumed that he would have higher rights than admin. I tried to change it but i can't create any account nor can i run netplwiz.
