I just got my HP Laptop back from the repair shop and I have no sound and no microphone. I have used the Audio Trouble shooter but it did not solve my problem. I have Windows 10 and I have downloaded Microsoft Edge. I really need my microphone and speakers for work. Can anyone help me? Be aware, I'm not strong with technology.
