help installing updates

for 3 days I have tried the recommended update while installing it sticks at 61% I am running Windows 10 the update that attempts to install is a feature update to Windows 10 version 20H2. I chatted with a support person who emailed me vivid instructions. It still gets stuck at 61% I sometimes got an error code 0x80070057 any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you, Sami also my case # was 1057517290
