I was able to get the iso file from the windows site and copied to a flash drive. My computer recognizes the flash drive but I am unable to boot from it to reinstall windows. I’m pretty much in a loop of choosing the thumb drive to boot from then being presented with the screenshot attached or setting the boot order, restarted and being presented with the same screen. CMOS battery has been reseated already for good measure.This was all a result of a motherboard change. To be short with some additional information, I had changed c drives a few months back and decided to format my old c drive. I
