PC has been freezing and restarting, made minidumps of the crashes but I don't know where to go from there

been having some PC issues for about 2 weeks now, freezing restarting and now my pc feels like it loads much slower now, made some minidumps of the crashes that have been happening but it's all new and alien to me from there. If someone can point me in the right direction to help me fix my issues that'd be great, I don't mind if I have to replace some parts if that's what it boils down to as well.
