Installing offline windows updates (via files from catalog.update.microsoft) to LTSC 2019 system

Hi everyone, I'm running into a strange behavior while installing windows updates manually on a system with Windows 10 Enterprise IoT LTSC 2019.I downloaded the latest cumulative update from Microsoft Update Catalog and some other req. updates and start installing it in the following order: 2021-08 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB5005112) - windows10.0-kb5005112-x64_81d09dc6978520e1a6d44b3b15567667f83eba2c.msu (required - otherwise KB5030214 cannot be installed)2023-09 Cumulative Update for Win
