Hi,I have been looking at threads elsewhere regarding this issue but nothing seems to solve the issue!I am getting the screen which says "Preparing to configure Windows - do not turn off your PC" during shutdown. It will eventually shut down, but only after doing this for around an hour or so at a time. When I start the PC up again, I get a "Configuring Windows updates" screen which sits on 35% for some time before eventually booting up.I have already taken the following steps:* Run a "scannow" in the CMD prompt box. This stated that there were corrupted drivers which needed to be repaired.* R
