This happened to me multiple times. When I stop Bluetooth processes by restarting my computer, or simply turning the Bluetooth off while the Bluetooth is trying to remove or disconnect a device I get a BSOD. This happened to me twice in a short period, but I got two different stop codes. The first one is KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILIURE. And the second one is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I also did /sfc scannow and dskchk /f /r in CMD and windows didn't find anything bad. There are multiple reasons why this is happening.
