I have unallocated space after a factory reset, and I can't make a new volume no matter what I tried.

So I had to do a factory reset because of a corrupted hard drive was preventing me from booting up. After countless attempts of trying to fix the boot cycle I just gave up and decided to do a factory reset through a USB stick. While doing a factory reset, I kept getting errors and the only option that was available to reinstall Windows was my second disk. (I have two SSD drives on my PC) Now that My PC is booted again, and the "C:" is now located on "Disk 1" I now have "System reserved" on "Disk 0" and "1862 GB Unallocated" space on disk 0.
