After trying to factory reset my pc, after a while it started to say “Undoing changes,” and reverted back to normal. When trying to login to my user, though, I got the “user profile service failed the sign-in” error code, and was taken back to the launch screen. After trying to find some fixes online, I ended up launching in safe mode, but it showed nothing but a white screen and a flickering mouse cursor on the screen. I tried opening file explorer, and it seemed like there were some sort of files in one of my drives, but not in the other. I’m now unable to log into my pc and my safe mode is
