have two accounts old one and newer one. there is a crossover between windows and windows xbox and store can't fix it

I started Microsoft account with one email (joint) but when I went to play Xbox games on my PC, because of the problems with that email address, I used another personal email address to run that. The system in its stupidity has linked the two accounts but not linked the two accounts. Such as the store recognizes the old email address but doesn't link the two. I downloaded stuff with the second email address, but now I can't use one of the games because it is trying to go back to the first email address. I thought I purchased a game pass (my X-box account says I purchased an Ultimate Game P
