how do i launch the "desktop icon settings" window from the run prompt

I can launch the mouse properties by clicking run>main.cpl.I want to put "This PC" on the desktop of multiple PC's and I want to launch the "Desktop Icon Settings" directly, rather than going into settings. does anyone know the shortcut? this is on windows 10.
