Hey, my Windows 10 installation is acting weird, when I start it the wallpaper is black and doesn't change when I change the Windows theme, and if I press the start menu button it gives me this message: "Your Start menu isn’t working. We’ll try to fix it the next time you sign in." How do I repair it while maintaining my installations and files, I have SAGE and Outlook configurations that I really can't do them again.Solutions I tried that didn't work:1) Boot into safe mode with networking (still didn't detect network device)2) sfc /scannow (from Windows installation and PE both didn't work)3)
