So I bought a new laptop, thought it would be smart to reset the old one for the kids, before realizing I was just setting up a second family account for them. Now as I’m trying to restart, it’s gone to my attention that I have forgotten my Microsoft account password - not to be confused with my account or email password. There is no option to reset it in the settings area or when the new box pops open. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reset it so I can access the account? Thank you in advance for any and all help provided. I’m sure this is just another operator error. Haha. Hope eve
