Dell printer driver installs fine on one computer but will not on another.

Hi. I'm trying to install a Windows 7 64 bit driver for a Dell 3100cn on a Windows 10 PC. It worked fine and pints fine after installing on two computers but on a third computer with the same version of Windows 10, the driver will prompt me with an Install button but when I click the button it does noting. Anyone know what the issue might be? Thanks! Kevin
