Why is my hard drive showing in Disk Management as Healthy but is not showing in file explorer.

I have a Hitachi 160GB 5400rpm 2.5 HDD connected to my computer. It is showing up in Disk Management as 2 partitions both healthy but it is not showing up in file explorer and I cannot assign a or change drive letters or paths in Disk Management. See screen shot attached.
