Audio does not work Windows 10

Hello, My audio stopped working today after a system restore. It says that my Windows audio services is disabled, however I cannot enable it in services.msc, as I get an error (0x800070005). Since I cannot enable windows audio, My pc has no sound.Any help would be appreciated
