Downgrade from Windows 11 Pro to Windows 10 Pro on a PC that has Windows 11 Pro factory installed

Hello. We recently purchased a new PC that came installed with WINDOWS 11 PRO as the operating system. For our purposes, we need to have WINDOWS 10 PRO. Can I downgrade my operating system from 11 pro to 10 pro on this PC that came pre-installed with 11 pro, and how would I go about doing that? Will I need to purchase a new key for 10 Pro? Am I able to just do a clean install? Also, it is important that we have 10 Pro and not 10 home. Thank you.
