System Thread Exception Not handled BSOD

Bighi .

I just recently upgraded my CPU, RAM and motherboard and sometimes randomly my computer just blue screens with it saying "System Thread Exception Not handled" i have no idea whats causing this i will be very grateful if someone can tell me why this is happening.
