okay so i tried downloading something on the microsoft store, it wont work, then i came by conclusion it doesnt wanna download anything from the store because my windows update screen is blank, then i tried fixing the blank because i think it has something to do with the update to win 11 so i followed some steps and now i downloaded a tool called mediacreationtool and it is stuck on checking for updates 2%i cant update to windows 11 because pchealthcheck program wont open. also the troubleshooter from windows update is stuck
