I have a TP-Link Archer GX90 gaming router with a Seagate 16TB portable hard drive connected to the router via the USB port. The router recognizes the hard drive and I have set the drive to be shared using the router's interface. I am able to access the drive over the network using my MacBook Pro but am unable to connect using my Windows pc. I am using an up to date copy of Windows 10 Pro. I have followed all instructions I've found on Tp-Link's support section and am still unable to connect. I am running Bitdefender on my windows PC and it has its own firewall.
