I have a Lenovo laptop with windows 10 pro. Out of the blue I lost all access to wireless network. Didn’t even have option for network. I found I had a intell driver problem. I had no way of fixing it immediately because I can’t plug in an Ethernet cable. I came back to laptop 2 days later to try and solve the problem but now have blue screen on startup. Message says “ Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. “ stop code: critical process died. I cannot start in safe mode or restore. How do I fix this problem so I do not lose all my files and get my laptop back working?
