I have tried using DISM, SFC. doesnt work. in services.msc i tried to start Windows Update, It cannot start. I just did an In-Place Upgrade Windows 10 using ISO file. and this thing shows up. and I wanted to download stuff in Microsoft Store and I encountered and error, Code: 0x80070424. I deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder. I tried in Command Prompt (administrator) : net start wuauserv. but it is Invalid. In services.msc it is named wuauserv_bkp. plz help.
