Cannot install Window Update

Every day I have this update in listed under updates and a notification that asks me too install it.The install seems to fail every time though. The first few times I believe it gave me the error code: 800700c1. However the last few times it has failed silently, and the update section looks like the update has been installed until you press check for updates.I tried to fix it with Cleanup-Image, but as you can see, that didn't work either.This is the zip of `C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\`CBS.zip to follow this post however the file used for the fix

In Windows 10, my Windows update keeps on failing on install (0x80070246). I've tried a lot of things already. Any more tips?
