Windows import pictures and videos can't detect all files

This thread is a continuation from Redirecting the last post, I have tried and tried again countless times to import pics and videos but its always corrupted and the thumbnails don't match the photo inside my android phone. All the pics and vids are not even being detected. I have cleared the temporary files folder and reset USB debugging. Tried to use my original samsung cable, same errors.
